I would urge ALL members to have a look at this document and learn for themselves exactly where you and the law sit. You have more power than you think. The Police have LESS power than you think and they rely on you being ignorant of this fact. Worse thing you could ever do during a roadside stop is TALK!!!! You need to comply with some basics, ie. Bretho + Drug test. (even then there is case precedence that says you dont even need to give these samples) but i wont say to try this on the average Joe Copper... Ignorance of the law is no excuse, and that means WE the people should not be ignorant of our rights and duties to ourselves and others.
