IF YOU HAVE DIRECTV OR DISH PAY ATTENTION TO THIS: this happened yesterday (23 Sep) and still has not been resolved!! you people are a bunch of liars! one of your install techs, Kevin, cut my DirecTV coax this afternoon and then came to my door saying he was here to hook me up...turned out he was at the wrong address by two doors...needless to say he did NOTHING about his f***up...we called DirecTV and they said since Comcast damaged our coax Comcast had to fix it, so I have called a total of 5 times in the last 7 hours and have spent about 4 of them on the phone trying to get this fixed...the last 3 calls I was told Id be getting a call within a few minutes or within an hour or this last time was supposed to be 30-45 minutes from when I called, which has now been over an hour since I got off the phone, so I tried to call again wanting to know wheres that repair tech and guess what? YOU ARE CLOSED! so I have spent the entire afternoon and evening waiting for phone calls that never came, totally screwing up my evening and pissing me off majorly! oh and on top of that, when Kevin messed up the coax he pulled one off my exterior wall and took a chunk of recently painted trim with it...that paint job cost me $750 and you COMCAST owe me for it or you can have your dumbass tech Kevin pay for it to be redone! all I have to say is a repair tech better be knocking at my door first thing in the morning to fix this mess or else!! I was also told by a friend that it is not unusual for Comcast techs to deliberately cut competitors coax. We made a police report and I have pictures as well. Ive already called once this morning and have not received the callback I was told I would be getting so am calling again. Its not easy to keep calling especially when I am here at work on a US military installation!!
