IIM needs to study men in India from all class and generations to know why they are so insecure so as to not to stay happy but follow the corrupt ways, pound, shout, steal and snatch. Is it that they are away from care roles more than others. They feel pressure to earn and perform productive roles? Will others and they be happier if men in their family also cook wash, decorate and love all around them as much as all others......children over 14 and women can be the main bread winners , elders could also take on care roles and servicing neighborhood wellness..gender relations and roles need a over haul to create collective happiness ...sans substance and food abuse and without any form of violence. Families and communities also need to set their people free to choose their way of life and find what and who they love and want to care for freely. Acceptance is the key to happiness. Accept and be be accepted.
