IMPROV! So my gym doesnt have a Butt Blaster machine. It was recommended to me to use the Lying Hamstring Curl machine instead, by getting in the quadruped position and pushing my heel against the ankle pad. In my gym, that machine is positioned in a corner so that wouldnt work either. Soooo, my make shift at the Standing Hamcurl machine. Press through your heel & squeeze the Glute at the top of the movement. Do 15-20 reps on the right side then do the left. Repeat 3x.
