Contest is open to ten (10) amateur bands with a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 7. 2. All band members must be Filipino Citizens. 3. Bands must not be signed under any existing major record label in the Philippines. 4. Bands must render 2 songs each- one originally composed and one OPM cover. 5. Band members should bring their own musical instruments excluding drum set. 6. Bands must be Cebu-based. 7. Registration Fee is P500.00 per band. JUDGING CRITERIA: 1. Audience Interaction & Band Presentation (30%) 2. Quality of Performance & Originality (40%) 3. Audience Impact (30%) PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner shall receive the following prizes: a. P 10,000.00 Cash b. 1-Year Free OPM Membership for the Band Members c. Inclusion in the OPM Fair Grand Finale Concert Performance Line-Up (with live streaming) d. OPM Fair Commemorative Giveaways e.
