INSPIRED THOUGHTS By Moses Hightower “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isaiah 55:8-9) * A vast storehouse of promises is in the precious word that we need to bring forth as ready scribes the things both old and new. We are washed by the Rhema word of regeneration. Love takes the washcloth of faith and washes away the hopelessness from our soul and spirit. Hope is the refreshing perfume of the presence of the voice of the Creator that we spray all around us. Ephesians 3:20 is a prayer or a benediction in form. Let its form not fool us. It is the powerful pronouncement of the blessing of God in advance. Nowhere are prophetic words more powerfully stacked in syllables. To literally translate, it says from the Greek that God is able to do SUPER, SUPER, SUPER EXCESSIVELY BEYOND WHAT WE ASK OR THINK. THIS IS ABOVE THE FOUR DIMENSIONS THAT PRECEDED THIS STATEMENT. One version says that it is infinitely more than we would dare ask. The Message version exclaims it is more than we would ever imagine or request in our wildest dreams. Abraham saw cities with foundations in a time when no cities had true foundations. Grace and love have picked us up in a chariot, whirled us through time, and are letting us see past the curtain of the end into the endless future. We have not been left at the mercy of menacing malevolent threats, but we have been marched triumphantly into the galleries of the miraculous. (Don Grigsby)
