INVITATION OF SEALED QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ELECTRONIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND CENTRALIZED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM THROUGH WIRELESS (BRIDGE) CONNECTIVITY: Project name: Institutional Improvement Project (IIP) Supported by: EVENT, Ministry of Education Government of Nepal Sealed Quotation no: MBMANEVENT-SQ 01 & 02/70/71 MBMAN request the invitation of Sealed Quotation from registered firm/company/supplier/persons for supply and installation of Electronic Human Resource Management System and Centralized Management System through wireless (bridge) connectivity as per the details given below. This notice also can be found at the website mbman.org.np. 1) Particulars as below: I)-Electronic Human Resource Management system (maximum bid amount: NPR 400,000 only, In words: NPR Four Lakhs Only): a)Electronic Attendance Devise: 5 qty b)UPS for the E-attendance devise: 5 qty c)Human Resource Management Software (Centralized system): 1 qty II) Centralized Management system through wireless bridge connecting four different locations (maximum bid amount: NPR 580,000, In words: Five lakhs Eighty Thousand only). Note: Others technical details can be obtained from sealed quotation documents. 2)The sealed quotations are required to quote their all inclusive price with all charges (included delivery/installation etc) in Nepalese currency only. 3)Interested eligible suppliers may obtain further information and inspect these sealed quotation form on any working days during office hours at Madan Bhandari Memorial Academy Nepal (MBMAN), Head Office, Mangalbare, Urlabari-6, Morang, Nepal, and Agriculture/Animal Science Program office, MBMAN Urlabari -6, Morang, 4)Sealed quotation form may be purchased by eligible supplier on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 300 (Nepalese Rupees Three hundred only) for each category from the above offices. A separate document has to be purchased for S.No. I and II. 5)Fully completed and sealed quotation must be submitted at the Head Office of Madan Bhandari Memorial Academy Nepal (MBMAN), Mangalbare, Urlabari-6, Morang, Nepal not later than 12:00 hours Nepalese time on 6th Ashoj, 2070 (22nd September,2013). Quotation or any part thereof received after the given date/time will not be accepted. 6)Sealed quotation will be opened at the Madan Bhandari Memorial Academy Nepal, Head Office, Urlabari-6, Morang in presence of representative of government office and bidder at 13:00 hours on 6th Ashoj, 2070 (22nd September,2013). The bid price will be read and recorded in the presence of the representatives. However, tenders will be opened even if bidder or their representative remain absent at the scheduled time. 7)Quotation must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of sealed quotations and must be accompanied by cash security or bank guarantee which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the sealed quotation. 8)Quotation must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of sealed quotations and must be accompanied by cash security or bank guarantee which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the sealed quotation. 9)If the bidder wish to submit cash, the cash should be deposited in account no. 7441 at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Damak Branch, Jhapa and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with sealed quotation. 10)Sealed quotation shall be considered only if the bidder fulfills all the terms and conditions and documents must be accompanied by and compiled with as per conditions stated at sealed quotation documents. 11)The award for the contract will be made to bidder whose bid has been accepted meeting the requirement as per the terms and conditions set forth in sealed quotation documents. 12)If the last date of purchasing, submission, and opening falls on a government holiday than the next working day shall be considered the last day. 13)MBMAN reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. 14)If any bidders request the bidding document, it can also be sent by post/courier services upon payment of additional cost of NRs. 200 per document.
