Id like to share a thought with my special friends, you know who you are, as to why I love golf, and Ive never even hit a golf ball myself! When my middle son Jeff, at college, joined the golf team and eventually became a PGA pro I started to take an interest. . .big time! Now, after years of watching, its the mental game that fascinates me so when I watch a 25yo mind ie (McIlroy) vs a 44yo mind ie (Mickelson) both with tremendous athletic ability and physical skills, but the mental game, that moment to stay within themselves and not lose it is what fascinates me! Thats life and what we deal with everyday! It is a precise, skillful, stress challenging sport, and not just a dufus with a stick hitting a wee little ball into a hole! (Y) Thanks for listening!
