Id like to take a few minutes and thank each and every person who attended the Spring SRC. We finished up with 244 attendees who came from the Southern Regional Conference, Rio Grande, Tri State, Mason Dixon, Great Lakes and Mid-west. I would also like to add that of those who attended, and all the miles we put on, there were no incidents. We had one bike have a mechanical issue, but no injuries to report. Id like to thank D.J. Alvarez, Mike Ripsch, Roger Byars, Cal Ennals, and Chris Dobek for making the trip to our corner of Cajun Country. And last, but definitely not least, Id like to thank the members of La XIV who took time away from their spouses (some who were sick), children and homes to make the SRC the success it was. Rayman Thibodeaux, Chris Osborne, Lonny Romero (Grumpy), Scott Fogleman, Ivy Romero, Josh Hebert, Ramin Pirouznia, Nick Picard, Jeremy Abshire, Jason Hebert, Donna Champagne, Ronnie Leger, David Trahan, Roy Brown, Mark Babineaux I cannot express my thanks to you. You were the leg work who made this happen. To the wives who were able to attend, Kristina Thibodeaux, Kathy Romero, Rhae Nell Trahan, Joni Romero, and Naomi Brazel, your were as much help as your husbands and offered help with everything from serving plates, to making drinks, to checking people in. To the wives who were unable to attend, I have no doubt I placed some strain on you and your homes by taking your husbands away for 4-6 days. Even though you were not there, I know the donation of your husband on your part was probably the hardest. To my wife, Rachelle Falcon, thank you for allowing me to head this up and being there by my side. I know first hand the strain I placed on you with the extra meetings and later nights and everything else that came along with planning this. You are my rock and I love you. Again, thanks to everyone who attended and helped in the planning and execution of the SRC. We are happy everyone was able to enjoy themselves and get some full bellies.
