If I cant post this on here I can absolutely delete it. I am trying to get a piece of special needs equipment for my wonderful daughter Kyleigh and it goes by how many likes she gets, as horrible as that is. Unfortunately, I do not have the funds to buy it straight out so I am asking social media for help. All you have to do is go to the Freedom Concepts facebook page (link listed below) , you will see a post for a chair giveaway (the picture shows a pink rocker), under that picture click on the comments and find the post written by me about Kyleigh Jo and like the picture, its that easy. Thank you so much!! Praying we get what this precious girl needs. https://m.facebook/story.php?story_fbid=706832886018399&id=404521079582916 This is Kyleigh Jo. She is 8 years old and at age 2.5 was diagnosed with a Pilocytic Astrocytoma brain tumor inside her brain stem. She was life flighted to Cincinnati where she went through 11 hours of extensive brain surgery where the tumor was successfully resected but unfortunately so was a large amount of her brain stem. Post surgery she went into septic shock followed by cardiac arrest. She received over 45 minutes of intense CPR which was successful. Unfortunately, the prolonged amount of time without oxygen to her brain resulted in a severe traumatic brain injury. Kyleigh is now trached and on a ventilator. She has a feeding tube and is totally dependent on her family for everything she does. She can no longer talk, walk, sit without assistance, hold her head up or anything. She has a wheelchair we use for seating but with her right hip being displaced it causes her great pain to be sitting upright for long periods of time. She has the diagnosis’ of Traumatic brain injury, Cerebral Palsy, Failure to thrive, Respiratory failure, Seizure disorder, Right hip dysplasia, and Cortical Visual Impairment. She love sitting upright anyway we can but a chill out chair is something we so greatly desire. We have this on our wish list but of course funds are limited. We would love to have an opportunity to receive this chair to help with her therapy, let her be more involved with our family, and be out of the bed or wheelchair more often. She is truly a miracle and a true blessing to our lives and everyone she comes in contact with. Please help us make this possible for our princess and like our post!!
