If I were an attorney Id definitely defend this victim, win the case, & sue the Compton Sheriffs Department. Its a shame how some of these unprofessional people with badges feel they can just run situations. Negotiators needed to be called upon ASAP, since obviously one was not present to have handled this in a more professional way, called protocal. The victim was already down @ 3:53 minutes, talking about hes getting up when all he did was move. Theres a big difference in the two since obviously they did not know the difference in that one as well. I did not see the victim raise the gun towards them at all. I saw him throw the gun down not even aiming nor pointing it to anyone. Theres more I can list. It seemed to me these officers might have been rookies, therefore they needed to be at the jail dressing out inmates instead. The victim had a family, the dog, just treats. The Compton Sheriffs Department needed to have gotten behind their vehicles to use as a shield, skip the dog scenario, & waited til the victim either calmed down or, like I said, called upon a negotiator. If anyones going to be in law enforcement, patience is a factor. If not, very unprofessional ignorant sh*t goes down like this. This is sad. Much love to the victim in this matter!!
