If any of the information that is out there about this deal is true than as a parent with a child with a learning disability, this deal does not help my child & that is what this was mostly about. I am sad because I know the deal will be ratified & my child, along with others get left out. I am sad because my child decided that when this first began in June that if the deal did not improve his & others abilities to learn he will not return for his final year. I am sad because he has lost hope, he held on after so much struggle & he got lost in the broken system & is behind a 1/2 year. I am disappointed because the teachers were put in this awkward position by a government, a government who has destroyed this province. I am sad because what I want the teachers to do is to continue fighting & knowing that this is over. If i have misunderstood this in anyway please let me know.
