If it is not sectarianism at what is it? Out of 826 state house employees 397 which is 48% are from western Uganda. Then 275 about 33.2% are from central Then 104 which is 12% are from eastern Uganda and 44 which is 5% are from nothern. About 6 staff were not known where they come from. Since getting closer to the dictator is a means of getting closer to the national cake, this is the graph of how we share it. Coincidentally even thats the trend in cabinet where western takes a bigger share, with the office of Vice President having majority employees from Buganda means that every minister employs his own & the region with many ministers takes the day. Not suprised that many UPDF generals are from one ethinic area. The problem is that when one points at this, he is labelled as being sectarian, but we forget that everybody is seeing the truth. To fellow westerners what do other people think of us when they read this? Since not all of us have benefitted should we be sacrificed for other peoples sins?
