If this little girls injuries hurt your heart and make you sad, and if you dont want this, or worse, to happen to YOUR babies, then PLEASE, PLEASE make sure your kids are in the right car seats for their age, height, and weight. She is 5 years old and was in a seat belt, she had the shoulder belt behind her. She should have been in a 5 point harness at her age/height/weight. If youre not sure if you have the right seat for your kiddos, just ask! I can help you figure it out. If your child is 12 years old or younger, and under 49 and weighs less than 120 pounds, then not only do they still NEED a booster seat, but there are seats out there to accommodate them! Theres no excuse. None. See my first comment to figure out what seat you need for your child.
