If u blame the whole institution for some jerks....then thats where u r making the mistake.....and its proving how the education institute u had been to has made this possible for u to embrace things without facts!!! There are a lots of reason for a person to wanna be a faculty as his first job: *He might actually love teaching! *Its has good salary and incremental benefits *Ensured social status for a foreign degree from abroad and dont try to talk me out of it by saying those are from UNKNOWN foreign versities *As a faculty, there is a high chance to work with publications *Those publications can lead u to ur dream PhD program *That PhD program abroad can be and should be arranged with scholarships if u r a faculty *There is always a chance to involve urself into other businesses beside ur faculty time because u have an option to build ur career like that *And there is the flexible working hour. Because, talk sense....if u r working at the hour u like the best in the day, u will be the most productive then I dont wanna brag or anything.....but people like Chowdhury Sahebs are taking things too far....I have 60% of my friends from Public Universities.....Apart from 1/2, none of them ever throw dirts on these kind of topics....even its pretty much of a great opportunity for the students from Public to join in the Private Unis as faculties.....I had such faculties....from IBA to NSU....they are AWESOME!!! Come out from stereotyping!! Dont judge others in a way because u urself r like that!!!
