If you didnt already know, I watch heaps of comedy TV shows, its almost all I watch besides Youtube. One of my alltime favories I just descovered recently: Broad City. Its a bit Flight of the Conchords and a bit HBOs Girls. Its written by the two girls who star in it and party produced by Amy Poehler. I dont just love this show because its so funny, but I find the characters very relatable and interesting. Also, as with Girls, its so refreshing to have some more realistic and honest female characters, on TV (such are rarity). Obviously, their characters are exaggerated for more comedic effect, but at their core, there is something way more real there. Its great to have some female characters who arent obsessed with finding Mr. Right all the time, and instead have quirky, horny, awkward, juvenile etc. sides. Check it out.
