If you dont have access to an inner (adductor) machine or a cable then this inner thigh exercise is the best way get to those inner thighs. Anyone can purchase a small childs play ball - if you dont have a stability ball then put your heels on a bed or chair and do the same move as the video and roll up. The exercise is -roll up and pulse ball between inner thigh for 20 reps and then hold 20 seconds isometrically . SLOWLY roll down continuously squeezing ball and once at the bottom -pulse for 20 reps again and hold for 20 seconds again. Then SLOWLY roll up again and pulse for 10 reps and hold 10 seconds. Roll down and pulse for 10 reps and hold for 10 seconds. Roll up again and pulse for 5 reps and hold for 5 seconds. Roll down again and pulse for 5 seconds and hold for 5 seconds. Place soles of the feet together and let knees drop open and stretch the inner thigh.
