If you love all the great names from the mid 80s, from thirty years ago, so to speak, HELLHAMMER, SODOM, DESTRUCTION, ONSLAUGHT, all the evil death metal bands from the first wave, you will go nuts for OUTRAGE! Sascha Sir Lord Doom Maurer concludes his review of We the Dead. But there are many more words of wisdom: (...) Well, you may say that DESTRUCTION or SODOM might be active for an even longer time but both bands changed within the last thirty years and OUTRAGE kept their original style alive. It takes balls to do so and it takes passion and unholy lust for this music to celebrate it the same way as it has been done at the first rehearsal and from listening to OUTRAGEs new, seventh full length album I can say that they still got the fire of hell burning brightly in their hearts. (...) These compositions here have an anthem like approach while being sawed out with an enormous energy and passion. These folks know to play their instruments but keep their songs straight and simple. The atmosphere is always cooking, boiling, simmering and utterly dark and it catches you, it catches your soul and sets it ablaze. (...) We couldnt agree more! Who else does?
