If you want wide shoulders, you need to hit them from the side....and HARD! Lots of dumbbell lateral raises, perform them seated and standing, use drop sets and supersets and focus on maintaining a light grip to avoid unwanted tension in the forearms, this will allow the shoulders to take maximum load. Remember to lead with the elbows and not to pick the weight up with your hands for maximum tension in the shoulders. #petergaiserfitness #delts
