If your friend gave you a mango, he would say; " I give you this mango" but if a lawyer gives you one, he will say; " I hereby give give grant, assign, surrender and convey unto you my friend, this precious gift of nature , to cut, bite or hack and suck, swallow, spit or do anything incidental to or connected therewith, within the terms and provisions consistent with this agreement and with all the rights to dispose, throw away, keep, retain the whole or any part thereof as you deem fit and or necessary for your purposes"
