If youre doing the Spalding University craft show, you probably already got this information, but just in case you missed it, heres the scoop from show coordinator Paul Bolton, forwarded to me by my former colleagues who work there (sorry, its a long memo!): Set up for the Arts and Crafts fair can begin on December 12th at 9 AM. The event will begin at 10 AM and conclude at 3PM.There will be plenty of space, but please let me know if you have any extra request needed for your display via email ( [email protected]) I can’t promise we can accommodate everyone, and just give us a head up. I will follow up with you prior to the event. We have 8 foot tables and 6 foot tables. Please email me which you would like in your space. Currently I can only provide one table per vendor. Please email the table size you require to [email protected], by Thursday December 4th at 4PM. Please Email me for the following: -If you have a Frame to hang your work… please let me know the size. It shouldn’t be a problem, but please advise. -If you need an extension cord or need to be close to an outlet - Table size, 8 ft or 6ft - Any random questions ! Set Up: When: Begins at 9 AM Where: University Ballroom 824 South Fourth Street 3rd Floor. Facing the University Center, you will see entrances on either side. To the far right, you will see a pathway leading to the basement floor level of the University Center. I will have this area marked. Proceed down the walkway, you will see the entrance to your left. I will be there assisting you! I will have signs directing you to the elevator. Please select the 3rd floor/ Ballroom. Once in the Ballroom, you will find your table marked with your name/ business name. If you plan on breaking down prior to 3 pm, please let me know in advance. Thanks!
