If youve ever wondered about the magical land of Alaska, here is a clip from the police reports. • Ricky James Albaugh, 60, of Delta Junction, was charged with misdemeanor assault for allegedly tackling his girlfriend Aug. 2 at an Alaska Highway home. Albaugh’s girlfriend had a red swollen scratch on her left shoulder she said she sustained when Albaugh tackled her. She said Albaugh grabbed after an argument that occurred when she took the last Pepsi in the fridge. She struck her shoulder on something hard when she was tackled, she said. Albaugh told troopers his girlfriend intentionally took the last Pepsi can even though she does not drink Pepsi.
