If youve got a thing for cookie butter and also happen to be nuts for cronuts, we have just the thing for you. Cookie butter cronuts DO EXIST, and there is no reason for you not to try this out at home! :) See full recipe below. Ingredients: Cookie Butter 1⁄2 cup cashew nuts 1 cup crushed graham crackers 3 pc ginger bread cookies 1 cup Magnolia Gold Butter, softened 1⁄2 cup honey or maple syrup 5 sheet store-bought puff pastry Magnolia Nutri-oil, for deep frying Sugar, for dredging Procedure: Combine nuts and crushed graham crackers in a blender. Pulse until nuts are crushed. Transfer into another bowl. Remove fruits from your left-over gingerbread cookies. Nuts, frostings and chocolates are ok. Break into pieces then crushed in blender. Add crushed gingerbread cookies into graham mixture. Add in softened Magnolia Gold Butter and maple syrup until mixture is well blended. Set aside. Cut out donut shapes from store-bought puff pastry. Deep fry in hot Magnolia Nutri-oil until the pastry has puffed and has browned. Drain oil from cronuts then dredge in sugar. Let cronuts cool slightly. Pipe prepare cookie butter on top of cronuts. You may split cronuts then fill it with more cookie butter. Sprinkle with some nuts on top.
