Ill admit it. I think its difficult to eat healthy all the time. I do pretty well most of the time, but the best technique Ive used is to simply replace common ingredients with something healthier. I dont mean replacing it in your recipe... I mean replacing it in your kitchen or pantry. If unhealthy ingredients arent around, you dont use them. That simple.
