Im SO Atlanta, 1) I remember when Willie B. was the only reason to go to the Atlanta Zoo! 2) I remember going to Ollies Trolley to get seasoned fries. 3) I remember ice skating at the Omni below the restaurant Mimis. 4) I remember school field trips to Mathis Dairy to milk Rosebud (the cow). 5) I remember going up that long escalator to the world of Sid & Marty Krofft and would sometimes see H.R. Puff-n-Stuff walking around and could take a picture. 6) I remember the first Wax Museum at Underground Atlanta. 7) I remember when my best friends father owned the clubs Ciscos and Wild Cherries on Campbellton Rd., and he threw my friend a big birthday party and everyone came to it, and we thought we were something at a club drinking virgin Shirley Temples and dancing under the strobe lights! 8) I remember when the Scream Machine was the main rollercoaster at Six Flags, and there was a cartoon character on the big screen that would entertain people while you waited to get on the rollercoaster, and the person behind that character was my dads patient and would always say Hey Dr. Gordon! and call us out whenever we would get in the Scream Machine line--and he never knew which of his patients it was (LOL!) 9) I remember when Rainbow Skating Rink was the place to be. 10) I remember when people would roll thru Merry Go Round when you were working just to say hello.
