Im creating a new lecture series, Automating your Life - your anti-aging strategy. Id like to involve you in my project. Experts say that we make somewhere between 5K and 20K decisions every day, many of these decisions are seemingly insignificant while perhaps only 2-4 are critical and will effect our product (health, finances, relationship, faith). We spend a lot of time deciding about some things over and over, instead of deciding and being done with it. This cluttered style of thinking leaves us tired and brain weary. Sometimes, so tired, that we dont have the juice it takes to make good decisions on those critical 2-4. Automating certain aspects of my life has freed my mind to make higher quality decisions and to be much more creative. For example, when I turned 50 I decided to work towards being in the best health possible and I decided on the action steps necessary to achieve that goal. I didnt think about the decision anymore, I just performed the action steps. Exercising 4 times per week is one of the action steps One yr later, I am thriving in this area. Please share a way that you have simplified an aspect of your life by automating it. Get from picture A to picture B to picture C...
