Im desperately needing some help/advice. I posted a couple weeks ago about finding some puppies that were in bad shape. I thought someone had dumped them off on our road but come to.find out they belong to the guy that lives across the street from us and he told us that we needed to leave his dogs the f*** alone. But now it has only gotten worse, they still come over to our house and I feed them when we are there (we dont live in the house yet were just working on it.) But like I said its only gotten worse the guy doesnt have a fenced in yard so they still keep coming over to our place. Today we found one dead under our house and one of them looks like it has a broken leg but it wont let me get close enough to really check. I dont know what to do. I cant call animal control because they wont come out this far ( its in mcloud) and Ive called the police with no action done. Any advice I hate seeing them like this.
