Im finding out that no matter our circumstances in life we all have the same struggles, I could go on about how Im an emotional eater and can never say no, and love to help people at the expense of my own time and happiness. But I wouldnt sit alone, so my message is start where you are at and start loving yourself! I began 2 years ago and lost 30 lbs through this program, then this year life hit me hard! Guess what?
