Im frustrated after waiting with increasing anxiety over the delay of the commencement of treatment for this prostrate cancer and numerous unreturned calls to the oncologist PA (who has to deal with all this) I called the medical aid directly. Ive been cursing them for their tardiness Only to find that I dont even have a cancer profile created in the oncology department. That was the responsibility of the doctors assistant. Im probably being over dramatic but F... this is my life I have a level 3 F..ing cancer surely time is of the essence? Anyway I now have an authorisation for the hormone suppressant treatment. Im sorry feeling emotional about this at the moment, just had a little breakdown (Im clearly not as strong as I thought)
