Im going to make a bit of a blanket statement here because this is something that I am generally tired of hearing and I just want to make my position very VERY clear. I have made the decision to continue exercising and *gasp* crossfit while I am pregnant. I am doing this with the approval of my doctor and have made/will continue to make the necessary modifications (with the help of great coaches) for my fitness level. My belief is that exercising while pregnant is great for your body as long as you are safe and smart about it. If you choose to do/or believe otherwise sweet, all the power to you, you have nothing but support from me because every mom and pregnancy are different. That being said, I do not find it acceptable in any setting for people to give unwarranted, unwanted, and uneducated advice on the subject. Trying to make women feel guilty about the personal parenting or pregnancy choices they make is something that we, as women, should not be participating in. Lets be supportive of each other instead of judging each other for choosing to do something different than we would have. In summary, no more passive aggressive hints to stop exercising please. its super annoying. Rant over :D
