Im gonna try and heave myself over the midweek hump today by topping it off with a visit to my ear, nose, throat surgeon who cut out my cancer (plus a lot of other stuff that used to be in there too). Ill have to cut out of work early to do it but at least I can use a little vacation time to cover. Its mainly just a final followup to everything for my cancer surgery and treatment, sort of like signing off that everything is still OK.
