Im headed off to work today at the winery. Would much rather sleep in. I trashed my kitchen last night by making blackened tilapia, shrimp etouffee and a bourbon-peach-blueberry cobbler. It was good. I may eat weird stuff, but I dont always serve it to my family, and Im a capable cook. :) Peeling the shrimp, making my own shrimp stock and then cleaning up the shock and awe that was my kitchen afterwards took forever, and I was blasted by the time I hit the bed. But we have leftovers, and if the family unit wont eat those, they can make themselves sandwiches.
