Im keeping my Ray Rice jersey. People make mistakes especially when they drink. Granted he has a role to play because of the spotlight, but when it comes down to it, he is human. We all are and no one can tell me they havent done anything they regret or got in any kind of trouble. If you can you are God, and i pray to you every night. Nobody is perfect. Period. If Ray Rices wife forgave him, The law judged him, and Nfl suspended him, why should we condone this man to a media hell that he and his family must keep suffering. I am a ravens fan through and through, and if anything living in Baltimore has taught me. You never turn you back on your friends or family. Especially when its their first mistake. For all the haters and close minded people, The NFL has worse people in the league than Ray rice. We have two guys Proven, who have killed people and still play in the league. We have multiple guys playing with rape charges on their rap sheet etc…My point Ravens, Steelers, Patriots, Cowboys Team does not matter, they were hung to dry by the media, served their sentence and live with their consequences. They are human beings like the rest of us. The NFL the most powerful sports entity in the world, cant tell us they did not see this tape. They had access to this tape and decided to cover up the severity of the situation because Ray Rice has done so much positive for the league, with his anti bullying stance and other community contributions. Now someone sold it to TMZ, and the NFL is trying to cover their asses by suspending Rice Indefinitely, to make it look like they never knew. There are more Flaws with the League, than Rays personal life. Roger Goodell should be fired. Ray Rices wife made it clear in her message. Let them be and get on with their lives. This my opinion. Remember this is Rays first mistake and I wish it never happened to him, but we all have been there in a situation we wish we could have it back differently and do over again. God bless.
