Im looking for agents in the California area who would be interested in partnering with me on a referral basis. This is a project Ive been working on all year, but we have decided to get SMALL in order to get BIG and focus on only one state. The Ballen Method works anywhere and everywhere and my team and I have decided to start working in California using our lead generation techniques. The eventual goal is work with agent partners (as originally intended) nationwide, but we want to create the model first. You dont have to work exclusively with us, but you have to be able to work our referrals at very high level. Reviews will be taken with each transaction. You will be the star under The Ballen Group name. We will market you and your listings as long as we are in business together in an effort to generate more business for both of us. We have a full time lead generation team, administrative team, and conversion team that will be working the leads with an attempt to only hand off warm leads. If you are in California, have 5 or more listings and an average price range of $400,000 or more and have the ability to work more business, please send me a private message. If you are not in California, but know of someone that is and could benefit from this relationship, please share this request with them. The partners will be chosen based on how well we believe they will represent The Ballen Group name as well. We must have a similar way of doing business as our name will also be on the marketing materials.
