Im pleased to applaud the efforts of my new integrative Doctor Coleen Tetzlaff in Portland. The results of her very thorough blood testing (FAR better than any testing done by my standard physicians so fa) have shown that I am in quite good fundamental health. I can stop taking two useless pills for high cholesterol and high blood pressure -- because I actually have critically LOW cholesterol, and my pressure is well normal. She wants to probe a certain blood marker for impaired cardio-vascular function, then add Vitamins D & K plus fish oil to my meds. Also, a de-toxing cleanse starting soon. She believes theres a decent chance to sharpen my daily nutrition without flaky fad diets, lose needless weight, and wean myself off insulin. Pretty great day...
