Im pumped to the max this morning!!! Early morning Gym session (chest, arms, abs, shoulders), followed by a short run today (6km and just over 7400 steps according to the Apple Health App on my new iPhone6). Breakfast was a coffee, plus a Green Drink Protein Shake (WPI protein + wheatgrass, barleygrass, spirulina, psyllium husk powder, frozen raspberries and a little bit of Vegetable & Fruit Juice), for a 100% natural delicious, alkalizing nutrition & energy boost....
