Im so tired of people talking about blacks only want to come together when other races are killing us off? and why wasnt it an outrage when another black person killed this other black person?...who said its not a big deal when we kill our own? Maybe you were the only one unconcerned, that doesnt mean the black community as a whole was unconcerned. When the amber alert was issued for the little girl in Jackson, a lot of people were concerned, and were out helping to spread the word and pass out flyers, not just because she was black or their was racial injustice. Also we arent the only race who kills each other. So just like Pookie killed RayRay...Billy killed John; however, the white community isnt outraged about those killings and neither are we. We are the only ones who title it black on black crime so that says there that we as a race acknowledge it as an issue. Its a constant issue like race that continously needs to be addresses. HOWEVER, you choose which batttles you want to fight as an individual and stop trying to make issues racial when they arent, because everyone isnt concerned just because that individual was black. Wrong is wrong! It doesnt matter for what issue we come together as long as we do. Not just a race, but as a community, as a body of people (black, white, Mexican, Korean, etc.) all sharing the same land, because if the wrong person came along it wouldnt matter if it was Pookie or Billy that they kill.
