Im stepping out of my comfort zone. Wednesday night I am the guest speaker at a photography organization, teaching/speaking about studio portraiture and posing. Ive been asked to do this before with professional photography organizations but I turned them down, because I didnt feel I was in the right place. Scared, actually, to talk about photography. Thanks to one of my mentors, Karen Smith, of Images by Karen, I am doing this speaking engagement…and she will be by my side sharing some of her award winning techniques. Both of us will be guest speakers. Thank you Karen for helping me as my mentor, and as a friend, and now as a guest speaker. Please wish us luck on this venture.
