Im tryin the 21 day no junk food challenge...i realize its time to change my strategy....so im going back to calorie counting by creating my plate....dinner grilled tilapia(meat) 100 calories steamed small potatoes 22.5 calories each starchy veggie carrots 3ozs 35 cals..non starch veggie cucumbers 0 cals veggie or apple cut in 1/2 is 0 cals fruit....1 tbsp of vinegar 2 cals....calories per plate 169.5 cals 167.5 cals and 202.5 cals....all 3 plates less than 210 calories....start your plate creation....
