Important information: Today I came to know that again some videos have been uploaded to youtube in which the audios of my songs have been utilized. Seven/eight months back I had claimed against 60 videos in which my copyrights were infringed and they all were deleted from youtube. I have already informed my friends that I had made videos of only 5 songs which are present in my youtube account. The videos of four songs 1. Prema eka michhei jhiara naa, 2. Kuha dekhi duniare , 3. Oli pani katha and 4. Aakhi…were made according to the story of the CD Film “Swapna”. The video of the song “Manasi Manasi” was already made in 2005 whereas CD Film “Swapna” was made in 2007-2008. Now I want to make all my friends clear that except the five above mentioned videos neither I have made any other visual of any of my songs nor anyone have taken my permission before making the videos which have been uploaded to youtube. I am sure most of the makers of the videos do not even know who is the Lyricist or Composer or Singer or Producer of the songs which they have utilized illegally. (The video in which I have sung two songs “Tuma othare thila” and “Kete thara hrudaya mo” in front of camera, was made in the format of a statement which is present in my youtube account also. But both the songs have not been visualized yet.) . Now, I request my friends not to give any comment or advice without going through the above passage thoroughly as this is only an information. Many of my friends may suggest me to take legal action against the people, but I have to decide whether I will take any action against those who actually love my songs but do not have the information about the actual owner of the songs… Thanks friends…..
