Imran Khan IS DISQUALIFIED to hold public office. He has no chance to be in the race of Premiership, Dr. Mujtaba. In a statement issued from Washington DC, the Chairman Pakistan Policy Institute, Professor Dr. Gholam Mujtaba has emphatically declared that Imran Khan stands disqualified to hold a public office in conformity to articles 62 & 63 of the constitution of Pakistan. The constitution has to be ABROGATED to allow parents of OUT OF WED children, or with established EXTRA-MARITAL AFFAIRS to be part of Majlis e Shora of Pakistan, the National Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. SUO MOTO DEMANDED TO REVERSE RULING BASED ON SELECTIVE LAW: Let the Chief Justice call Mr. Imran Khan and a doctor to a hearing of the Supreme Court to get a 1-minute swab test to establish DNA on the ruling of a California Court. The Attorney General can prosecute him within no time. The California Court through due process of Law can process such request to forward DNA of the child in conformity to U.S. Law to match with Imrans DNA.
