In 2011, we were persuaded to follow Mr Folarin Fafowora in Ilesa West for another term of four years. I still remembered the day his hand was raised in front of Ilesa Town Hall, it was at about 6.30pm on that fateful day. Although we murmured, some complained openly against his candidacy, because it was almost the end of 4 wasted years by him. But we just have to respect the opinion and persuasion of our amiable Governor, and the need to cooperate with his new administration was major. Soon after Fafowora was elected for another 4 years, he became a tin god, he sees party faithfuls as fools and ignorants. Another 4 years wasted in Ilesa West, he disappointed Mr Governor via his horrible performance. And now he wants another 4 years, we will never allow him. Enough of mockery of Ilesa West!!!
