In The Name of Allah, The Most Beneficent, The Most Merciful A glimpse about the activity of Hassan & Nassar Group as related to real estate marketing and touristic services Hassan & Nassar Group is one of the leading companies on the level of Syria in the field of real estate marketing and touristic services where it sells and markets through an international, integrated and comprehensive touristic system known by Time Share which provides a lot of various touristic services of high quality in many countries with suitable prices along with keeping a little commission for the agent. All these services are performed through Hassan & Nassar Group which is considered an exclusive agent for large number of summer resorts and high class touristic hotels in each of Syria, Egypt and U.A.E. It has also strong connection with International Exchange Organization known by RCI. The Group sells the housing units of these resorts and hotels partially (in shares or spending week). It has a special well trained personnel divided into three departments: 1- Sales department: consists of eighteen employees who are very qualified and trained by the most modern methods to deal with customers. They are quite familiar with the system of Time Share in addition to the big experience in the field of tourism where they receive Syrian families daily in the galleries owned by the Group which are located at high class hotels in Damascus, Aleppo and Homs, given the fact that those families come in coordination with marketing department which we will talk about hereafter. 2- Marketing department: consists of large number of employees distributed in different parts of Syrian Provinces at the high class areas and big malls where those employees invite the families (husband and wife only) to attend a party that is held daily by the Group at sale galleries with aim of marketing the touristic resorts whose agent is Hassan & Nassar Group. 3- Following up department: consists of the employees who have big experience and high qualification in dealing with customers especially Time-Share customers, and in offering direct and convenient solutions. 4- Department of tickets and booking. 5- General Administration. The mechanism of operating sale department: After sending the information about the customer to general administration by marketing department (Tele-marketing dept.), such as the nature of his work, education, interest with tourism, monthly income, the countries that have been visited by him in the past and that will be visited in the future, this department shall send an invitation to the customer along with his wife to the sale gallery belong to the Group where he shall be welcomed along with his guests. The authorized employee shall review with the customer the system of Time Share, relative resort with its characteristics in addition to photographs, brochures, video clips, presentation through the internet to the Groups website, resort which will be sold by the group, website of RCI and some of introductory information about the way of dealing with these websites. After the end of review and accepting the touristic product presented to the customer, sales department shall offer the price and costs of this system. Upon agreement, the customer and authorized employee shall sign the initial contract that includes property features which are Time share, costs and payment way (standard contract for selling the share with using the system of time-share). Afterwards, the primary contract shall be referred to the following up department that has all information about primary contract and customers statements. In its turn, the following up department shall send all information to the administration of resort or village promoted and marketed by the Group through e-mail or fax directly and daily. After providing the village, resort or hotel with the statements of customer who desires to join them, the department of servicing customers shall send an invitation to the customer for signing the copy of final contract of resort or hotel, then this contract shall be sent to the resort or hotel to get the approval of the company that owns that resort or hotel. Afterwards, the customer shall receive a copy of final contract which confirms his right to spend one week in the hotel or resort. As for the financial transactions between marketing group and the company that owns the resort or hotel: Hassan & Nassar Group sells the shares or the right of spending weeks in the resorts or hotel against a commission agreed upon with those resorts and hotels. Our Group is marketing a lot of resorts in Syria, Egypt and U.A.E, and it deducts its commission from the first payment, for example in Egypt: The price of spending one week for four individuals in the top of season time: Week type Price First payment Commission of marketing company Transfer of resort Installments of resort Number of installment 4 H 5770 $ 2220 1860 $ 360 $ 3550 $ 12-24 Namely the price of real week: 5770-1860 = 3910 $ The commission of marketing company is 1860 $ The prices in Syria reach to 8000 $ and commission is 3000 $ approximately. In U.A.E, prices are about 20000 $ and commission is 80000 $ In respect to authorization: The process of sale and marketing require a special authorization from the hotel or resort, certified by the competent authorities in the relative country and the embassy of that country in Syria and the Syrian Embassy in those other countries. This authorization shall be exclusive in Syria and for one year to be renewable after one year with mutual agreement of both parties. As a desire to fulfill the needs of Syrian citizen and his wish to see the world around him especially Turkey the nearest country and to Syria and to heart of Syrian people according to public opinion surveys performed by our Group on many samples of customers in different parts of Syria, especially after cancelling entry visa between two countries where the demand of our customers to spend their vacations in Turkey has increased very much, particularly in the regions close to Syria such as Eskandaron, Alanyia and Antakya which are the most favorable area for the customers of our Group. In spite of the existence of RCI and other competitive companies, Hassan & Nassar Group is considered one of pioneer companies in this field on the level of Syria as related to the quality, ability and qualification of its well trained personnel and stuffs, in addition to choosing the resorts and hotels of high class and good services, the fact that makes it the object of customers admiration for fulfilling the needs of local market.
