In a deplorable incident on Monday, a woman poisoned to death her two children and husband before committing suicide in Rawalpindi, Samaa reported. According to police and rescue officials, the incident took place in Dhoke Chaudhrian area in the garrison city of Rawalpindi where a woman strangled herself at home after giving poison to her five-year-old son, a six-month-old daughter and husband. Area people informed police and rescue teams. The bodies were shifted to Benazir Bhutto hospital for medico-legal formalities. Initially, domestic dispute is being suspected as the motive behind the killings and suicide. Shahida, Abbasi’s second wife, was often found complaining for husband’s torture and his plans for a third marriage, neighbors said.
