In the article it is mentioned that if one is dreaming, your body will react physiologically. This is the same principle as when police will say that they rehearse because your brain cant tell the difference between reality and fiction. Not sure if I believe that totally. I know that your mind controls your body. As far as sleeping, It seems as if many people just assume they are unconscious while sleeping. We are still somewhere, whether we are dreaming, sleeping, awake they are just all different aspects of the same situation. So when we dream, we are only on another level of reality is all.
