In the shot, discus and javelin, no one ever talks about (except Javland Jeff ) the right armpit. Im talking about the only connection that takes all that massive body drive, (pull) and allows it to transfer into the arm. I am using the term arm pit as the very important connection point that transfers all the body pull into the arm whip. That very small narrow part of the hour glass is hardly ever talked about.
