Make sure you are always performing the exercise with control and correct form! ★ Read More Below ★ Pro Tips: Begin with slight lean forward, not a bend As you raise arms out to the side, try and reach out as far as possible Both arms should be raised at the same time Let dumbbells travel to eye level Lower arms with control Expert Tip: Make sure your palms are always facing down. When the side delts start to fatigue, your hands will naturally start facing forward.
