That’s right, the Court of Appeals today reversed a district court’s decision granting CACI’s request that our clients pay for its corporate lawyers. Unbelievable that it even got to that point… This follows another good decision by the Court of Appeals earlier this summer reinstating our Alien Tort Statute claims against CACI. Call it poetic justice. Stay tuned for more updates on the case.
