Income Tax Lawyer Ramasamy raises serious objection to compounding of offences in Jaya IT case. Says it is the SC which ordered trial in this case and fixed time frame and any relief to the accused can be granted only by the SC. He also points out that the accused have not even appeared for a single time in obedience to the order of SC and that no progress has been made in the trial so far. Matter continues at 2.45 pm.
