Intelligent Design v. Atheistic Evolution It happens all too often. Atheists cant explain something, so they just say, Oh, it must be Evolution! The [insert animal name here] just transformed from ____ to ____ over millions of years! They use this Evolution of the gaps argument for everything from chickens (they say T-Rex turned into a chicken) to people (which they claim came from the same Super Apes that supposedly also birthed chimpanzees). But Id like to discuss something a little more tangible . . . human manipulation of genetic processes. For instance, through selective breeding, people can guide the development of certain dog breeds. Also, they can use modern biological medicine to treat disease via things like vaccines. We have also made great advancements in the field of prosthetics. But these things take INTELLIGENT DESIGN (that is, humans intelligence to design improvements). Life itself and the entire Universes existence is proof of intelligence that exists outside of our tiny little world. To the Atheist that thinks things just randomly happen, I present this video of a kind Scientist who felt compassion for his pet turtle and helped DESIGN something to help the turtle live a more mobile and enjoyable life. The wheels are NOT a product of evolution anymore than Stephen Hawkings wheelchair is.
